About Me:

Christine Rossi-Wright (she/her) BEd, MSW, RSW

Christine Rossi-Wright, RSW standing on a forest trail with autumn leaves, smiling and leaning against a wooden fence.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a registered Master of Social Work (MSW), psychotherapist who works from a holistic, trauma-informed lens. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection, with ourselves and with others.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps us gently understand the different parts of ourselves that show up in anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm.

Often, these experiences come from parts of us that have learned to protect us in the best way they know how.

Rather than trying to fix or push these experiences away, we take time to understand them, so they can begin to feel a little less heavy and a little easier to hold.

My hope is to support you in building self-understanding, emotional safety, and a greater sense of inner steadiness.

Right now, you may be worrying about something, doubting yourself, or feeling like nothing will change. Maybe you’re wondering, “How will I cope with all of this?” You may have thought about reaching out for support before, or you may be realizing now that it’s time. Whatever brings you here, we can start there.

You are the expert in your own story.

In our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, and together we will begin to gently get to know the parts of you that make up your experience, with curiosity, compassion, and care.

I recognized how much courage it takes to reach out for support. My hope is to offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward a greater sense of ease and wholeness.

Fun Fact About Me:

Before becoming a social worker, psychotherapist, I worked as a performer in musical theatre across Canada and abroad. That experience deepened my appreciation for expression, presence, and the power of connecting to our inner voice – all of which continue to inform my work today.

I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being.
