Certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
Empowering Workplaces, Schools, and Creative Communities
Mental health challenges can affect anyone, anywhere—at home, in the workplace, or within our local communities. Just as physical first aid teaches people how to assist during a medical emergency, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) equips individuals with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to recognize and support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
As a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor with the Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC), Christine offers interactive, evidence-based training for organizations, businesses, and groups across Canada.
