Psychoeducational Workshops & Courses
Interactive, Skill-Building Groups for Emotional Regulation, Anxiety Relief, and Self-Awareness
Therapy isn’t the only path to healing and growth. Psychoeducational workshops and courses offer a practical, community-centered way to learn evidence-based tools, understand your nervous system, and build practical skills for daily life.
Whether you want to quiet a harsh inner critic, learn grounding tools for anxiety, or navigate life’s transitions with more ease, our interactive online workshops provide structured guidance in a safe, compassionate setting.
What Is a Psychoeducational Workshop?
Unlike traditional group therapy—which focuses primarily on open-ended processing—psychoeducational workshops blend education, practical skill-building, and guided reflection.
You’ll gain a clear, evidence-based understanding of why your mind and body react the way they do, alongside actionable strategies you can start using right away.

You’re capable, driven, and often the person others rely on. But underneath it, your mind rarely switches off.
You might find yourself overthinking, losing sleep, feeling irritable or overwhelmed.
This 4-week virtual group offers a different way of understanding anxiety.
Rather than focusing on getting rid of it, we’ll get curious about why it shows up, the patterns that tend to come with it, and what might be happening underneath.
Over the four weeks, you’ll begin to:
recognize your own patterns
learn practical tools to respond to anxiety differently, and
connect with others who may be experiencing some of the same things you are.
Four weeks won’t make anxiety disappear. But you’ll begin to understand yourself differently, have more choice in how you re spond, and feel less alone in it.
