What You Will Learn in the Course

Course Structure & Format
MHFA Virtual is an interactive 8-hour instruction program designed to fit flexibly into busy professional schedules:
Module 1 (Self-Directed Online)
A 2-hour self-study module completed independently online before the live sessions begin
6 hours of interactive, instructor-led learning delivered via Zoom across two 3-hour sessions
Modules 2 & 3 (Live Virtual Classroom)
Upon completing both the self-study module and live virtual classroom sessions, participants receive an official Mental Health First Aid Certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada
